Remote Eastern Senior Account Executive
CallTower is seeking a Senior Account Executive to develop the CCaaS market and implement sales strategies for both new and existing customers. The role involves analyzing customer needs, managing accounts, and developing customer loyalty programs while strategically growing the customer base.

Responsibilities
Solicit new business within assigned accounts or territory to grow customer base (through prospecting) to sell Professional Services, Consulting, and CCaaS Software Solutions
Manage assigned existing accounts (new projects, cross-selling, renewal of subscription contracts, requests for changes, etc.)
Prepare proposals, meet with prospects, close effectively and follow up
Develop strategy within specific markets (line of business and/or geographic)
Manage sales forecasts dashboard using Salesforce CRM
Manage proposal templates and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Responsible for customer data maintenance (CRM) and documentation (letters, proposals, etc.)
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
Conduct regular follow up meetings with customers (onsite/remote as required by the customer)
Oversee and validate assigned accounts invoicing with the accounting department
Manage and follow up on orders with Inoria’s business partners
Participate in trade shows, webinars and user conferences
Perform other duties as assigned appropriately
Qualification
Required
8-10 years of experience selling Professional Services in software or other similar IT/Telecom industry (consultative approach)
Strong knowledge of CCaaS Software Solutions, Genesys and Five9
Strong knowledge of telephony, telecom and contact centers a must
Strong computer skills, proficient with CRM systems
Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
Exceptional ability to persuade, convince, negotiate and influence to support objectives
Entrepreneurial, highly motivated and adaptable
Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
A strong spoken and written English is mandatory
Valid passport, driver's license and own car occasionally available for business purposes
Availability to travel to US/Canada approx. 20-30% of the time
Preferred
Knowledge of Cisco Webex, Zoom and MS Teams preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business or approximately six years of relevant work experience?strongly preferred
Experience with selling contact center solutions, customer experience, or CRM selling is a strong asset
