Responsibilities

Providing technical support to SEL ES staff & customers
Developing and maintaining knowledge in SEL processes and technologies
Performing testing on new and existing technology
Learn power system protection through simulations and testing
Documenting and communicating test results
Following and applying SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles

Required

Currently a student pursuing a BS in Electrical Engineering, with one to two years engineering education completed
Ability to work part time during the school year and full time during the summer
Strong understanding of electric circuit fundamentals, digital logic and AC power system
Proficient with Microsoft Windows Applications
Practical knowledge of protective relays & automation controllers
Able to work cooperatively in a team environment
