Responsibilities
Issue policy cancellation notices per state guidelines
Follow-up on cancellation/reinstatement notices with necessary parties
Handle calls from agents, underwriters, carriers and finance companies
High level of e-mail
Accurately reviewing premiums, endorsements, and finance-related documents
Request endorsements and verify details (Effective dates and Premiums)
Process PFA (Premium Finance Agreement) Notices
Issue cancellation and reinstatement endorsements
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D.)
Prior experience handling financial information or monetary transactions is required
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent organization skills
Strong customer orientation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Team player with a commitment to company values
Preferred
Experience in Policy Retention or Customer Service
