Design and support the work of site development and public infrastructure projects, technical calculations, estimates and reports
Work includes, but is not limited to, the design of roads, site development, grading, drainage, sewer, water, storm water, erosion control and franchise utilities

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
5-10 years in related work experience
Solid understanding of civil design and construction standards
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
Proficient ability to communicate both verbally and written
Team player with the ability to work independently
Attention to detail
Preferred
Registered Professional Engineer in Oregon; licenses in other states a plus
Relationship with local agencies a plus
