Hilton is a leading hospitality company, and they are seeking an Outlet Sales Manager for the Hilton Anatole. This role involves representing the hotel's services and facilities to prospective clients, developing sales plans, and ensuring outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries from potential clients and customers seeking food and beverage services in the Outlets

Initiate new sales, prospects and qualifies leads and solicits potential clients

Host and entertain clients and maintain client accounts

Conduct property site visits and answer questions

Determine rates, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, service accounts and analyze lost business for the hotel(s)

Develop sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed established revenue goals

Partner with operations departments to ensure full participation in servicing accounts

Sales experienceDelphi Amadeus Salesforce FDCClient account managementProposal negotiationFlexible scheduling

Required

1 year sales experience within group sales, restaurant sales, private dining sales is required

Flexible scheduling is required

Preferred

Experience with Delphi Amadeus Salesforce FDC program is highly preferred
