CMDB Lead
Apolis is a confidential company seeking a CMDB Lead to oversee the development and implementation of various ServiceNow ITSM modules. The role involves team management, ensuring successful requirement gathering, development, testing, and production migrations, as well as coordinating with ITSM process owners for integrations.

Responsibilities
Involve in development and implementation of various ServiceNow ITSM modules which included Incident Management, problem management, configuration management, change Management, Knowledge Management and other ITSM applications
Implement overall team management as a client facing person to ensure that requirements gathering, development, testing and PROD migrations succeeded in time and with expected outcome
Coordinate with other ITSM process owners to ensure proper ITOM integrations, knowledge with network routing and troubleshooting
Build transform maps to import external data sources and maintaining integrations, ServiceNow Automations and building custom Orchestration (Workflow) activities
Develop with the ITOM, ITBM, ITSM, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Flow Designer, and Service Portal designer modules
Maintain discovery health (trouble shooting discovery issues with known and unknown IPs and any network devices), work with Service Mapping and integrations which include MID server builds
Implement ServiceNow modules, Work on the ServiceNow core platform modules and applications
Build workflows for newly created catalog items. Install Mid Server and Configure discovery application for help in integrations (using REST, SOAP)
Involvement in ServiceNow Upgrades and Cloning, Involve in Asset life cycle management and designs relating software and hardware asset management, Configure CMDB
Responsible for Complete routine system administration and requirements enhancement including, group and user changes, catalog item revisions, reporting requests, problem solving / vendor escalation and menu changes
