Review/Log incoming mail using ProLaw and its dockets, e-mail mail to attorney and paralegal
Add Dockets/Tasks for Case Management Orders/Responsive Pleadings
Transcribe pleadings, discovery, letters, client reports at attorney’s request
Proof/format pleadings, letters, etc. prepared by attorneys
Document conversions (PDF to Word)
Qualification
Required
At least one year of related work experience
Professional demeanor
Motivated
Organized
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Typing/transcription skills
Preferred
Prior law firm experience
Team Player: Works well as a member of a group
Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well
Self-Starter: Inspired to perform without outside help
Goal Completion: Inspired to perform well by the completion of tasks
Associates or better in Paralegal Studies or related field
