Responsibilities
Monitor and manage support requests, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolutions
Deliver first-line technical assistance for Windows and Mac systems, including peripheral devices
Investigate and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications, such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, as well as Azure services
Execute IT offboarding procedures in adherence to established guidelines
Facilitate introductory systems training sessions for new employees to ensure seamless onboarding
Set up and deploy hardware and software for new hires using standardized protocols
Maintain and configure computer equipment and software installations to meet organizational standards
Research emerging tools and features to enhance IT services and share insights with the team
Create and distribute user guides and technology tips to support staff
Ensure systems are regularly updated and align with company policies
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a detail-oriented IT support role
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 suite, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure
Proficiency in both Windows and Mac operating systems
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to follow procedures and deliver consistent, high-quality technical support
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
Willingness to provide occasional after-hours support and travel domestically
