Responsibilities

Perform business requirement analysis for new and existing systems
Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, & uncover areas for improvement
Effectively extract functional requirements from cross-functional teams and management
Document requirements and analysis findings in functional specifications for development
Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
Perform user acceptance testing
Update, implement, and maintain SOPs and procedures
Assist in providing support to an existing suite of applications

Business Analyst experienceSQL proficiencyPower BI report writingAnalytical thinkingPlanningOrganizationDocumentation skillsTime management

Required

1-3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Excellent documentation skills
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
Proficiency with SQL and 3rd party system integrated solutions

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred or directly related work experience
Power BI report writing is a plus
