Responsibilities

All collection efforts
Protecting lien rights and processing lien waivers
Evaluating credit worthiness of customers
Providing customer service and mutual satisfaction
High level of interaction with external customers and their affiliates along with internal customers (Commercial team, Sales Service teams, and other departments)
Demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times

Required

Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
Must have a high school diploma, GED, or local/state equivalent
Two to three years of prior experience in accounts receivable, billing or equivalent work history

Preferred

Associate degree or higher in business related field
3+ years' experience in construction-related credit administration
Strong computer skills
