Analyzing data policies

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues
Supporting decision-making with accurate and reliable analytics
Qualification
Required
MUST HAVE active Top Secret Clearance
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Management, Business Analytics, or a related field
5-8 years of technical experience
Ability to configure and implement Data Governance standards
Strong understanding of foundational data policy to include NARA, NIST Data Management, DoD/DoW policy, etc
Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Data Modeling to address data quality, compliance, and governance initiatives
Proficiency in Data Analytics and a solid understanding of Statistics for data interpretation, writing and reporting
Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey data findings to stakeholders
Experience in developing and implementing data governance frameworks and strategies
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong technical background to implement Governance Strategy
Preferred
Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field is preferred; however, candidates with a strong mix of education and hands-on experience are encouraged to apply
