Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality technical documents, including protocols, reports, and regulatory submissions
Collaborate with scientists and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy
Edit and review content for clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines
Utilize various tools and software to enhance document presentation and accessibility
Conduct research to stay current on industry trends and scientific advancements
Participate in cross-functional teams to support project initiatives and deadlines
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior writers to foster skill development
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of technical writing experience in the life sciences or healthcare industry
Proficiency in writing and editing complex scientific documents for diverse audiences
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and documentation standards
Excellent communication skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy
Experience with document management systems and collaborative writing tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proactive attitude with a passion for science and effective communication
