Nellis Auction is seeking a Picker to join their team, playing a crucial role in ensuring customers receive their auction items accurately and efficiently. The Picker will be responsible for locating and retrieving sold items in a fast-paced warehouse environment while collaborating with teammates and upholding company values.

Required

Required to meet performance standards and KPI
Understanding of inventory control is required
High level computer skills, math skills and grammar skills
Excellent time management, communication and organization skills
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand all-day and work in extreme temperatures
Standing/walking for Long Periods: Ability to stand and be on your feet for 10+ hours a day
Working in Extreme Weather Conditions: Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold
Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs independently and assist with team lifts of items heavier than 50 lbs as needed
Team Lifting: Collaborating with other team members to safely move large and bulky items

Preferred

1-2 years of inventory control experience
Warehouse experience
Bilingual is a plus!
