Responsibilities
Assist food servers and bartenders with the serving of food, set-up and clearing of china, glass, and silver
Polish glassware and stocking the bar and lounge with the appropriate glassware, linens, and other tools for service
Organize and clean back of house area, dry goods and operating supplies requisitions
Qualification
Required
Prior experience of 1-2 years working in Food & Beverage
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers
Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays
Must be fluent in English
Possess legal work authorization in the United States
Preferred
Background in fine dining or resort experience is preferred, emphasis on high volume
