Responsibilities
Build and lead a high-performing team of managed services overlay specialists
Provide coaching, training, and performance management to drive results
Set clear goals and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture
Develop and execute demand-generation strategies to grow managed services pipeline
Align with core sales leadership on campaigns, targets, and execution plans
Use data-driven insights to optimize pipeline, forecast performance, and refine tactics
Serve as SME across managed services, including edge, communications, and security
Support complex sales cycles with tailored solutions and executive-level presentations
Build trusted relationships with customers and strategic partners
Partner with product, marketing, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure alignment
Oversee smooth transitions from sale to implementation
Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility via CRM tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of eight (8) years in managed IT services or related tech sales
Minimum of three (3) years in sales leadership
Proven success in consultative selling and complex deal negotiation
Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity
Excellent communication and executive presence
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM
Willingness to travel as needed
