Qualification
Required
Candidates must be comfortable working 100% commission-based
Meet capital reserve requirements to support themselves during the ramp-up period
Have prior sales, leadership, or entrepreneurial experience
Are disciplined, self-motivated, and resilient
Are willing to be coached and held accountable
Preferred
Experience in insurance is not required, but commitment and work ethic are non-negotiable
