Responsibilities

Client onboarding for high-net-worth clients (administrative)
Ability to strategically work through complex issues involving trusts, business entities, alternative investments, tax issues, etc. with high attention to details
Work closely with custodial referral partners who refer clients to the team
Provide responsive, proactive communication with clients and partners while collaborating with internal departments and team advisors
Periodically assist advisors in client meetings
Proactively servicing and developing good relationships with new and existing clients
Diligently follow up to resolve any requests or client issues; dialogues with client and internal departments to understand the situation and find a resolution
Prioritize and successfully manage multiple simultaneous tasks with exceptional organizational skills
Assist team with complex account transactions, tax or legal issues or death claims
Completes operational projects to support enhancements and changes
Works well under pressure and knows how to prioritize deadlines. Handles changing priorities and evolving responsibilities with ease
Finds a way to work well with people of different personality types and expectations
Serves as a subject matter expert for company initiative/rollouts
Advocates for improvement in processes where appropriate
Demonstrates knowledge and can accurately execute against WEG’s Suitability Guidelines, operational processes, and sales model
Understands financial & legal terminology and products
Working proficiency with advisory managed accounts, separately managed accounts, fixed income, stocks, options, alternative investments, hedge funds, charitable giving practices, trusts, etc
Attends Client Services and company educational events
May attend client meetings and vendor presentations
Provide compliance review and suitability oversight and training to client service and advisors to complete accurate paperwork and reduce NIGO’s
Work with Corporate Compliance to understand processes and procedures, train in the office and resolve issues

Required

5+ years financial industry experience
FINRA Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65) and State Insurance Licenses or willing to obtain after hire
Knowledge of financial administrative processes and financial terms
Excellent customer service through strong communication skills
Experience working with systems, Microsoft Outlook; Microsoft Office; CRM Sales Force; Orion or similar etc
