Write and edit technical documentation, user manuals, and sales and training literature
Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise, including full industry knowledge
Develop innovative solutions to complex problems
Work without considerable direction, and mentor and supervise team members
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat at the journeyman level
Ability to edit content from other contributors to ensure consistent voice, compelling and compliant messaging, and spelling, typographical, and grammatical errors
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience writing and editing compelling technical documentation such as reports, letters, and briefing materials, or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience writing and editing compelling technical documentation such as reports, letters, and briefing materials
Technical Writing Certification
Preferred
Experience using and modifying styles, cross references, and Table of Contents development in Microsoft Word
Experience working with technical and functional delivery teams on technical documentation
Knowledge of government information systems or space information systems
Ability to manage a varied workload and balance numerous priorities while meeting tight deadlines
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in English, Literature, or Communications
