Responsibilities
Conduct intake and pre-intake evaluations for new matters
Manage, organize, and maintain case files and documents
Communicate with insurance carriers, clients, and medical providers
Gather and organize medical records and supporting documentation
Draft initial demand letters and assist with case preparation
Provide ongoing litigation and pre-litigation support as cases progress
Qualification
Required
Mid- to senior-level paralegal experience
Plaintiff-side personal injury experience
Experience supporting both pre-litigation and litigation matters
Organized, reliable, and comfortable supporting a high-volume practice
Preferred
Trainable candidates will be considered (Temp-to-Hire option available)
Bilingual candidates a strong plus (Spanish and/or Vietnamese)
