Responsibilities

Become a fluid power expert and responsible for the preventative and predictive maintenance on our power transmission, fluid, and cooling systems
Coordinate with area departments, maintenance, and vendors to drive continuous improvement and reliability on these systems
Support all maintenance activities in order to grow a skill set with the expectation of moving into an MNT Shift position
Demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times

Qualification

Mechanical maintenanceFluid power systemsWelding methodsHydraulic systemsMachine shop operations

Required

Experience in industrial or military mechanical maintenance
Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, rotating shifts, scheduled and unscheduled overtime

Preferred

Experience in steel mill mechanical maintenance
Experience with various types of welding methods, hydraulic systems, and machine shop operations
