Responsibilities
Agentic AI Execution & Workflow Building
Build, configure, and operate agentic workflows within AI tools (Open AI Tools, Claude, Jira automations, Power Platform, and internal AI agents etc.)
Translate business needs into hands-on automations, prototypes, and small-scale agentic pilots
Maintain and improve automated processes—fix issues, refine prompts, adjust logic, and optimize performance
Draft and refine AI playbooks, templates, and reusable components for PMO teams
Own the mechanics of program delivery: detailed planning, RAID logs, documentation, sprint alignment, and delivery tracking
Create and maintain execution-level artifacts such as schedules, dependency maps, action trackers, and release plans
Directly update and manage Jira boards, Confluence pages, dashboards, and reporting tools to ensure real-time accuracy
Dive into issues to unblock teams, identify root causes, surface gaps, and drive follow-ups to completion
Redesign specific PMO workflows hands-on—rebuilding templates, creating automations, improving intake forms, and streamlining status reports
Manage tool configurations across Jira, Confluence, Workfront, and Microsoft 365 to improve hygiene and consistency
Build AI-powered dashboards that consolidate delivery signals and provide visibility to leadership
Test, validate, and continuously enhance PMO processes through rapid iterations
Train teams through hands-on demos, quick-start guides, and in-the-moment support
Help PMs set up agentic workflows, automations, and copilots for their day-to-day work
Gather feedback and immediately turn it into refinements, updates, and improved tools
Act as the “first line of execution” for new AI capabilities, showing teams how to use them by doing the work alongside them
Qualification
Required
Experience with AI tools (Open AI Tools, Claude, Jira automations, Power Platform, and internal AI agents)
Ability to translate business needs into hands-on automations, prototypes, and small-scale agentic pilots
Experience in maintaining and improving automated processes
Ability to draft and refine AI playbooks, templates, and reusable components for PMO teams
