The IBO Intern will assist in driving business process adherence and effectiveness, supporting daily operations and strategic initiatives for the International Business Development team.

Responsibilities

Assist the Manager, International Business Operations, International Operations Analyst, and the International Operations Specialist in execution of business operations and implementation of new business processes for the team
Drive business adherence, effectiveness, and overall continuous improvement for the International Business Development team’s daily operations and strategic initiative development and implementation
Assist in the execution of the department’s request for foreign national visits, quotation processes, due diligence processes, legal document management, data analysis, forecasting, reporting, and other designated activities

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
The right candidate should be pursuing a Degree in the following: International Studies, International Business, International Security, International Relations, International Commerce, Business, Political Science, Government Relations, Diplomacy, Intelligence, or other related areas of study
Professional demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively and appropriately in a business environment
Strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and discretion
Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain organization, and meet deadlines
