Oversee the final phase of residential unit construction for an 11-12 story high-rise
Manage on-site operations Monday through Friday
Coordinate with construction teams to ensure project milestones are met
Transition to new projects upon completion of the current high-rise
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Construction Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager
Multifamily construction experience required; high-rise experience preferred
Strong project management and leadership skills
Ability to work on-site in Michigan City, IN
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
