Provides production support for R&I applications (tickets creation, trouble shooting, follow ups, escalations)
Managing Service Now queue
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years Production Support experience
Planning and coordinating experience
Excellent communication skills – Oral and Written
Experience eliciting requirements from business and translate to technical needs
Experience in complex business systems both functional and technical
Any experience with an international enterprise is a HUGE plus
Experience with documenting bugs for fixes
Power Platform (Power App, Power Automate) is a BIG plus
Ability to create / generate reports on demand in Power BI and Excel
Mandatory Skills: Desktop Support
