Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in software product support, technical support, or a related role
Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows operating systems
Familiarity with Windows server environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and adapt in a growing organization
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (including marijuana)
