This internship offers the opportunity to learn new skills through training and hands-on experience while working with key stakeholders to support Partner Program initiatives and assist with various tasks related to partner management.

Responsibilities
Work with key internal stakeholders to support Partner Program initiatives
Research partners and gather information on their competitive landscapes and key differentiators
Assist with general data clean up initiatives
Assist with self-serve tools & applications to support programmatic partner management
Create data-driven materials to assist the Calix sales team with knowledge of our partners
Create data-driven materials to assist the Calix partners with knowledge of our products & solutions
Assist with internal process design & documentation
Assist with managing & updating the internal partner Sharepoint sites
Work cross functionally with the marketing team to support partners, as necessary
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sales, or a related field
Excel and data entry experience
Comfortable with technology and learning new applications and platforms
Team player
Experience in a role or project requiring analytical problem solving and analysis
Effective communication skills with all levels of an organization
Detail-oriented
Able to work effectively in a remote environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity and fast-changing environments
Microsoft Office software suite experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Able to work for the complete summer break (May - August or June - September)
Preferred
Salesforce.com or CRM experience
PRM experience is preferred (Zinfi)
Preference will be given to Juniors or Seniors with previous internship experience
