InternThe Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is seeking a Paid Intern for the Website Production Editor position. This role provides an opportunity for the intern to apply educational principles in a work setting while performing various tasks such as writing, editing, and coordinating content for the E-store website.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities may vary by assignment depending on department and need
The Intern receives assignments from supervising staff
The Manager reviews the Intern's work occasionally
The supervisor reviews each assignment as it is completed
The Intern is expected to meet rigid and challenging deadlines, work in harmony with other people, take direction on each assignment, and give full attention to detail
Independence in working, tact, and diplomacy are required
Sound judgment of Church doctrine, history, organization, policy and protocol are also expected
50% Write, edit, review and download on-line written information or create and download imaging and audio content; review and monitor overall appearance of the E-store website to ensure content meets established guidelines and provides accurate product information
Coordinate with Translation Services to ensure translation meets needs of worldwide audience
20% Coordinate new content with Audiovisual Department for photography and sound; Curriculum Department and Translation Services for editing and translation to ensure proper correlation of product and process ownership
20% Coordinate use of imaging, sound, text and translation with other channels, i.e. Global Supply Chain, retail operations and LDS.org website
10% Ensure all content has Intellectual Property approval
Qualification
Required
Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy
Paid Interns are qualified while enrolled in an educational institution and for one year following graduation
They must sign a Paid Internship Engagement Letter
