Responsibilities
Assist with project management: scheduling crews, ordering materials, and ensuring site readiness
Conduct site visits and inspections; complete checklists and photo documentation
Support estimating: prepare cost estimates for materials and labor, and review scopes of work
Communicate with homeowners for project updates and walkthroughs
Track project progress and relay change orders to the sales/estimating team
Assist with documentation in Company Cam, AccuLynx, or similar software
Ensure cleanup, punch-lists, and homeowner sign-off are completed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in roofing management, estimating, or project support
Knowledge of roofing systems, safety practices, and construction processes
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with job documentation and estimating tools (Company Cam, AccuLynx, or similar)
Valid driver's license; ability to travel to job sites in Los Angeles
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
