Responsibilities
Lead social media strategic content development and execution for varying clients
Ideate high performing real-time social media creative that engages audiences
Execute platform-specific creative for Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, and/or YouTube Shorts that maximize native engagement and leverage each platform's unique features
Provide creative recommendations and optimization plans based on performance data and industry benchmarks
Monitor and analyze cultural trends, breaking news, and platform updates to inform creative development and identify opportunities
Oversee and manage client social media accounts in partnership with other departments, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and objectives
Serve as the social point of contact for daily client communications, creating and implementing internal and external solutions as needed
Create and manage editorial calendars that support brand and campaign initiatives
Support content publishing and community management across social platforms, maintaining consistent brand voice and engagement standards
Support in presenting strategies and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders
Lead, manage, mentor more junior social media or content creator staff
Qualification
Required
At least 3-4 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media creative
Incredible social-first, fast creative execution that earns high engagement
Strong analytical skills with experience in social media metrics and reporting
Demonstrated expertise across major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok especially)
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (Sprout, Sprinklr, Meta Business Suite)
Excellence in project management and meeting deadlines
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Experience presenting to clients and stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to build and grow social media audiences
Deep understanding of social media best practices and platform-specific requirements
