Inside Higher Ed is seeking a Patient Financial Services Representative for UK Healthcare. This role is responsible for managing the collection and resolution of patient accounts while providing exceptional customer service to patients and families.

Responsible for the collection and resolution of inpatient and outpatient accounts

Provide customer service to patients and families to help ensure that UKHC collects sufficient cash necessary to support Healthcare operations

Participate in unit and Enterprise activities to improve efficiency, quality, safety, and patient satisfaction
