BeautyFix Medspa is seeking a bilingual Marketing Intern with a strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing. This role will support the Marketing and Social Media team with filming treatments, editing videos, and community engagement across various platforms.

Responsibilities

Organize and manage content across Dropbox and Google Drive for all marketing channels

Assist with filming and content creation for social media and marketing campaigns

Support community management, including responding to comments, updating FAQs, and monitoring engagement

Help prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports

Conduct market research and competitive analysis

Assist with daily marketing and administrative tasks

Support content organization, compiling, proofreading, editing, and scheduling

Update Canva templates and assist with basic photo color correction and retouching

Maintain and update company databases and CRM systems

Assist with planning, organizing, and documenting marketing events

Qualification

Required

Minimum 6 months of experience in social media, graphic design, or digital marketing (agency or in-house)

Working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest

Ability to repurpose existing content and create original text, image, and video content

Strong copywriting and proofreading skills in both English and Spanish

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva

Basic photography and video shooting skills, with the ability to retouch and edit content

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Preferred

Familiarity with AI editing tools and GoHighLevel

Passion for social media, graphic design, photography, and digital marketing

Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative

High personal standards and a strong sense of ownership over work quality
