Site Reliability Engineering I
FedEx Freight is a logistics company seeking to enhance the reliability of its systems. The role involves supporting the resolution of complex problems and driving improvement initiatives to ensure system reliability and resiliency.

Responsibilities
Drive improvement initiatives that support the overarching global reliability of the company’s systems, including capacity planning, failover strategies, performance improvements, reduction of Mean Time to Awareness/Resolve and postmortem
Leverage critical thinking to improve best practices and provide enterprise-level recommendations that ensure reliability and resiliency
Drive strategic planning in team’s planning and execution
Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience plus Two (2) years of relevant work experience in information technology or engineering environment
Excellent analytical, time management and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
Excellent problem-solving skills for complex and difficult challenges
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage complex projects
