Verify and update shareholder contact details (address, email, phone)
Confirm shareholders understand their equity type, amount, and vesting status
Explain the tender process at a high level and how to participate
Track outreach, questions, and completion status
Escalate legal or tax-related inquiries as needed
Ensure communication is compliant, professional, and accurate
Qualification
Required
Tender offer experience
Paralegal background
Strong communication and client-facing professionalism
Ability to explain equity in simple terms
Extreme attention to detail and data accuracy
Familiarity with equity platforms (e.g., Shareworks)
Ability to triage and escalate appropriately
Preferred
Private equity experience
Experience interfacing with C-suite and stakeholders
