Responsibilities
Maintain internal financial records, reconciliations, and month-end close tasks
Process semi-monthly and bi-weekly payroll accurately and compliantly
Support AP/AR activities and internal financial reporting
Manage benefit deductions, payroll adjustments, and employee record updates
Partner with the Controller to improve workflows and strengthen internal controls
Handle confidential information with professionalism
Qualification
Required
Experience in bookkeeping and/or payroll
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Clear, service-oriented communication skills
Preferred
Experience with systems like Paylocity or Sage Intacct
