Internet Sales Manager

Newton Motor Group is seeking a driven and tech savvy Internet Manager to lead their online sales efforts at Guntersville Chevrolet. This role is critical to the company's growth and involves managing digital customer interactions and maximizing internet lead conversions.

Retail

Responsibilities

Manage all internet leads from the website, OEM portals, third-party lead providers, and social media platforms
Ensure fast, professional, and consistent responses to all customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat
Set, confirm, and track appointments with a strong focus on show and close rates
Maintain accurate lead tracking and documentation in the CRM
Work closely with the Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to maximize internet lead conversions
Monitor and improve lead response times, appointment ratios, and sales performance
Assist in developing and executing internet sales processes and best practices
Maintain high CSI standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Support online reputation management and customer reviews as needed
