Responsibilities

Manages and maintains IMH Physical Security Systems; ensures systems are functioning properly and troubleshoots problems
Evaluates UCM security systems, performs physical security assessments and makes recommendations, including custom system design and placement of new equipment
Independently designs, configures and implements security system recommendations within scope of authority. Recommends and submits larger projects for leadership approval
Coordinates and schedules contractors for all physical security systems maintenance and expansion work performed
Manages and provides technical support and troubleshooting for physical security electronic equipment, card readers, duress buttons, cameras, intrusion systems and other related devices
Responsible for ensuring appropriate and approved electronic access control levels are maintained at all times
Extracts, analyzes and trends physical security system data. Provides statistical reports to leadership
Review recorded video and export video footage as needed. Maintains confidentiality in sensitive investigations

Required

High School Diploma or High School Equivalent
Five (5) years of physical security operations experience, preferably in healthcare
One (1) year managing electronic access control systems, video surveillance systems and computer systems
