Manage and update the company president’s Outlook calendar
Assist in drafting proposals and bids
Prepare bank deposits
Assist with additional administrative duties
Billing
Sending out invoices
Sending checks
Filing both physical and digital documents
Ordering supplies
Occasional event planning
Answer phone calls
Greet all guests and vendors
Efficiently address and direct incoming communications and packages
Qualification
Required
1-2+ years of experience with front office operations required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
