The role involves processing vehicle sales and ensuring timely submission of title and registration documentation to provide optimum service levels to guests.

Responsibilities
Vehicle sales processing of car deals, including, but not limited to, all finance contracts, lease contracts, bills of sales, odometer statements, trade-in stock, disclosures, warranty and title registration forms, rebates and verifying finance regulations have been followed
Assist with payables and receivables as called upon to do so
Troubleshooting and problem resolution specific to titles; odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc
Maintains a high level of confidentiality
Contributes to effective operations by providing support where and when as needed
Performs other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levels
Qualification

Prior experience in title and billing encouraged
