8+ years expTechLine Consulting is seeking an experienced Director of Enterprise Analytics to shape and deliver enterprise data and analytics capabilities that drive business decision-making and operational performance. This role involves defining business and functional requirements, governance, and adoption of data and analytics products across the IT landscape, while partnering closely with leaders across various departments.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive data and analytics roadmap aligned to business priorities and IT strategy
Lead cross-functional teams supporting data engineering, analytics, and data governance initiatives
Champion a data-informed culture and advocate for effective data use in decision-making
Evaluate and select data management, analytics, and governance tools in partnership with stakeholders
Establish data governance practices ensuring data quality, consistency, and appropriate access
Support compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and SOX requirements
Balance governance rigor with usability to maintain data accessibility
Provide strategic direction for data architecture and platforms
Support data platform modernization efforts in collaboration with IT teams
Ensure solutions scale with organizational growth
Oversee data integration across ERP, CRM, and enterprise platforms
Establish standards for reliable, well-documented, business-ready data assets
Partner with business teams to define KPIs and reporting needs across demand planning, operations, and core business functions
Ensure BI and analytics solutions deliver actionable insights through dashboards and self-service tools
Monitor adoption and adjust approaches to maximize value realization
Evaluate and guide adoption of modern analytics and AI-enabled capabilities
Prioritize solutions based on measurable business value and organizational impact
Qualification
Required
8–10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or information management roles
5+ years leading teams or programs in a data/analytics capacity
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Experience with modern data platforms, analytics tools, and emerging AI capabilities
Product-oriented mindset focused on business outcomes and measurable impact
Track record of driving adoption and demonstrating business value
Preferred
Experience establishing or maturing a data/analytics function
Background in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
