Responsibilities

Develops and leads an enterprise-wide training strategy that supports current and future business growth, operational efficiency, service excellence, regulatory compliance, and workforce capability across all functions
Oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of onboarding, technical, leadership, and safety training programs for both field and corporate employees
Facilitates high-impact training sessions during program launches, pilot initiatives, and transformation efforts to ensure consistent adoption and engagement enterprise-wide
Partners cross-functionally with Operations, HR, Safety, Sales, and other enterprise functions to assess training needs, close skill gaps, and support performance improvement
Creates engaging, compliant, and scalable training content using modern instructional design and adult learning principles ensuring accessibility across diverse learner groups and geographies
Implements blended learning approaches, including e-learning, virtual classrooms, and hands-on field training leveraging emerging learning technologies where appropriate
Establishes and monitors KPIs to measure training effectiveness, business impact, and learner engagement, using data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement
Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, performance analytics, and benchmarking against industry best practices
Stays ahead of regulatory changes, safety standards, and emerging learning technologies proactively updating training programs to remain future-ready
Leads, coaches, and develops a high-performing team of training professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation
Serves as a change agent and champion for learning and development across the organization
Travel of up to 30% as needed to support training delivery, program launches, and enterprise-wide engagement
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

4 Year / bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Operations, Safety, or related field (or equivalent enterprise experience)
10 years of progressive experience in enterprise training, learning & development, operations, safety, or field service environments, including at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multi-functional or enterprise-wide training teams
Proven track record of designing, scaling, and implementing enterprise-wide training and development programs in fast-paced, multi-site environments
Experience leading cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives that drive measurable improvements in performance, safety, compliance, and employee engagement
Strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and regulatory compliance (OSHA, DOT, etc.)
Proven experience managing enterprise training teams and programs across both field-based and corporate environments
Expert knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and regulatory/safety compliance standards
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into impactful learning solutions
Expertise in building blended learning programs using LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and in-person facilitation
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to assess training effectiveness and guide continuous improvement
Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and performance management
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Deep understanding of enterprise operations, safety standards, workflows, and field service dynamics
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a matrixed, geographically dispersed organization
Travel of up to 30% as needed to support training delivery, program launches, and enterprise-wide engagement
