Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of functional and technical Oracle consultants
Oversee Fusion ERP delivery, focusing on GL, Accounting, and FDI integrations
Drive integration strategy and oversee development using APIs and OIC
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations
Collaborate with architects and business analysts to align solutions with enterprise finance transformation
Provide governance and ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
8+ years ERP experience with 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Financials
Proven experience leading ERP teams (5–10+ resources)
Strong expertise in APIs, OIC, and Oracle Fusion integrations
Background in GL, Accounting, and Subledger Accounting
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Preferred
Familiarity with Oracle EPM FCC & ARC
Prior banking/financial services ERP project experience
