Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
Thrive within an integrated cross-functional team in the higher education market, collaborating closely across departments to drive results
Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies and marketing plans across channels including email, social, web, and relationship selling
Partner with Market Development and Sales to amplify awareness, build pipeline, and drive portfolio growth
Shape portfolio positioning and messaging aligned with corporate strategy, ensuring clear communication to target audiences
Create and leverage content—sales tools, training materials, and thought leadership pieces—to support campaigns and equip the field
Deliver impactful presentations and trainings (live and virtual) and develop internal/external resources to promote products, answer inquiries, and resolve challenges
Identify and lead event opportunities such as conferences to showcase offerings while analyzing market trends and data to inform strategies and product development
Participate in market research and cross-functional initiatives, contributing insights, sharing best practices, and supporting broader leadership objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of client-facing marketing and/or sales experience, preferably within education or technology sectors
Strong understanding of emerging marketing trends, integration strategies, and technologies such as Salesforce, Marketo, Asana, Qualtrics, and Zoom
Proven ability to identify, prioritize, and execute marketing objectives that grow market share, drive revenue, and promote customer retention
Experienced in managing and delivering virtual and live events, including developing and conducting compelling presentations for internal and external audiences
Skilled in data-driven decision-making, ROI tracking, and applying analytical and critical-thinking skills to optimize performance
Highly organized with a track record of meeting deadlines and managing quick-turn projects effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable professional willing to travel up to 25%
