Responsibilities

Prepare and review submittal drawings, including plans, elevations, reinforcement details, and material specifications
Support the development of panel, reinforcement, and miscellaneous metal drawings
Coordinate design approvals and ensure alignment with project requirements and engineering standards
Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure constructability, accuracy, and compliance
Support on-site field activities during construction and installation phases
Interpret drawings, assist with resolving technical issues, and help maintain quality standards
Coordinate with field teams, contractors, and project managers to support schedule and workflow alignment
Conduct field observations, verify dimensions, and ensure adherence to project specifications
Travel to project sites as required during active construction phases
Track project progress against specifications, schedules, and budgets
Identify potential issues early and support problem-solving and escalation efforts
Assist with required procedure submittals, including welding, grouting, and post-tensioning
Participate in project meetings and collaborate across engineering, fabrication, and construction teams
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and professional development efforts

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, field, and project teams
Willingness to travel to job sites as project needs require

Preferred

Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred, not required
