Responsibilities

Act as the primary consultant for plan sponsors and participating employers in PEPs
Provide guidance on plan design, compliance testing, and fiduciary best practices
Perform annual compliance testing and prepare Form 5500 filings
Oversee onboarding and administration of adopting employers in PEPs
Collaborate with Pooled Plan Providers, recordkeepers, and custodians
Advise on plan mergers, terminations, and compliance corrections
Stay current on legislative and regulatory updates impacting retirement plans

Required

Strong knowledge in compliance and retirement plans
Experience with compliance testing software
Excellent customer service skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
4–8 years of experience in retirement plan administration with TPA or recordkeeper
Experience managing both single-employer and pooled employer plans (PEPs)
Professional certifications (QKA, QPA, CPC, APA, APR) preferred
Proficiency with Relius, FTWilliam, ASC, and Microsoft Excel
