Responsibilities
Research and stay updated on licensing regulations
Communicate effectively with vendors to ensure all licenses are up-to-date
Track and report on the status of licenses to support business continuity
Assist with licensing renewals in collaboration with the team
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
Experience with licensing and invoice analysis
Strong project management skills
Ability to use VLOOKUP in Excel
Preferred
Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
