Responsibilities

Testing, debugging, and refining items for deployment

Preparing and maintaining all necessary documentation to support the delivery process

Managing and maintaining the Jira board to ensure all tickets are up-to-date, clearly defined, and include detailed product requirements

Capturing and troubleshooting O&M (Operations and Maintenance) items

Providing on-site support several times per month

Collaborating closely with developers, providing clear direction and guidance to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables align with project requirements

Working to streamline processes, integrate technology solutions, and uphold high standards of quality and efficiency
