Responsibilities

Deliver innovative mechanical designs and drawings that effectively communicate project concepts
Develop and maintain a high level of technical expertise for assigned products
Ensure compliance with established Engineering procedures for design, document control, and drawing accuracy
Support various engineering projects by assisting with equipment testing, modifications, and preparation of product manuals
Engage with vendors to foster collaboration
Maintain accurate records of project work, calculations, and time investments
Communicate effectively with managers, stakeholders, and customers to meet business objectives

Qualification

Mechanical design principlesDrafting proceduresDocument control principlesDesign software proficiencyAnalytical skillsEffective communication

Required

Two-year technical degree in Design or Drafting or equivalent experience and knowledge
2+ years' experience in mechanical design or drafting
Possess understanding of mechanical design principles
Possess understanding of proper drafting procedures
Possess understanding of document control principles
