Responsibilities
Adopt a client-centric approach to writing by focusing on tone and manner, while also leveraging personalized video as a communication channel to enhance engagement
Translate complex legal, compliance, and business requirements into content that is easily understood by the target audience while ensuring regulatory accuracy
Maintain a consistent voice and tone that aligns with the client's brand and editorial standards
Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards
Support the creation of external communications strategies to increase operational effectiveness and improve client experience
This role requires collaboration with Marketing, Product, UX and business stakeholders to develop digital content that creates a frictionless, omnichannel, and intelligent experience for all audiences (participants, plan sponsors, and advisor partners) and drives the desired operational outcomes
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a regulated industry
Experience in writing clear, concise, and engaging digital content
Ability to translate complex legal, compliance, and business requirements into easily understood content
Experience in maintaining a consistent voice and tone that aligns with brand and editorial standards
Ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards
Experience in collaborating with Marketing, Product, UX and business stakeholders
