Research Services Senior Professional – Cell Therapy Research
The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is a leading institution in medical education and research. They are seeking a Research Services Senior Professional to perform laboratory duties in cell therapy research, collaborating with Principal Investigators and utilizing various laboratory techniques for experiments and data analysis.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with and support Principal Investigators (PI) and other stakeholders with laboratory and research functions
Utilize a variety of laboratory techniques required for research projects
Perform experiments and tabulate and analyze data using graph pad
Provide animal care related to research studies, as necessary
Pick up, transport, and maintain results, samples, documents, materials and other items as needed
Provide laboratory science expertise and leadership in study design, study oversight, data management, data analysis and manuscript preparation to assist all levels of investigators, researchers and clinicians on new research activities across a wide range of disciplines
Preparing data for discussion and presentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in biology, molecular biology, Immunology, chemistry, genetics or related field
A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year for year basis
Two (2) years of professional level research experience in immunology/cancer biology, cell culture
A combination of two years research in an academic laboratory setting and a minimum of three publications, published within the last five years, may be substituted for two years of professional experience
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire
Preferred
Three (3) years or more years of full-time employment in an academic research lab with experience or background with murine models, cell culture, molecular biology techniques, immunology, cancer biology, and flow cytometry
Master's degree in biology, immunology, molecular biology, cancer biology or related field
Experience with CAR-T cell generation and experimentation
Competent with ELISAs and molecular cloning
Tissue culture and maintenance of various cell lines
Animal experience (designing/mouse handling/injections/harvesting/sacrificing)
Multicolor flow cytometry experience
Murine model expert. Ability to lead in this aspect and train others
Previous experience in presenting and/or aiding in publications
Experience in Immunohistochemistry
Single cell sequencing experience
