The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working with digital systems while meeting accuracy and productivity standards.

Accurately input and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct as needed
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and customer information
Organize digital records and ensure proper file management
Generate basic reports and summaries as required
Collaborate with administrative and operations teams to ensure data accuracy
Meet daily and weekly data entry deadlines
Follow established procedures and data quality standards

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong typing skills with high accuracy
